Our precision machining is capable of manufacturing highly critical parts with tight tolerance. We use only the latest machine tools technologies and state-of-the-art equipment in our manufacturing processes.  All our manufacturing processes are closely controlled and monitored by Master CAM & UG CNC program by a team of experienced precision machining specialists.   Our comprehensive range of precision machining assets include horizontal machining centers, CNC lathe machines, 3-axis turn-mill machine centers and 3-axis vertical machining centers. We are capable of fabricating a wide variety of materials in various sizes, including some of the most intricate details required by customers. Our material capabilities include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, alloys, beryllium and other precious metals.   Combining our process engineering strength coupled with our range of highly-specialized equipments and machineries, we are able to provide and deliver world-class precision machining solutions that are in line with the exact specifications of our customers. Our precision machining products are used in a variety of applications such as data storage, semiconductor manufacturing, testing and packaging equipment, pharmaceutical equipment and machine tools.   Modular Assembly We have the capabilities to provide on-time and efficient delivery of systems integration and assembly of modular components. Combined with our sourcing and procurement capabilities, we serve a range of customers from the semiconductor and hard disk drive industries. With our integrated manufacturing solutions, we provide in-house manufactured components to enable our customers to enjoy cost-efficient and timely delivery of systems and sub-systems.   Jigs & Fixtures We have supplied a number of jigs and fixtures for the automotive, electrical and welding industries. The abilities of our in-house jig and tool assembly facilities enable simple jigs and more complex fixtures to be built to suit the customer’s requirements. Our jigs and fixtures vary from a large fixture eg. measuring and checking casting for the machine built industry to a small cost effective jig to hold an automotive plastic bumper during the manual polishing process.
